New clients will receive a personal text message from me containing the required consent and waiver forms to be completed prior to their appointment. These forms must be completed within 48 hours of booking. These forms are required to ensure your safety and confirm there are no medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or medications that could affect your service. Failure to complete the forms within 48 hours of booking will result in your appointment being denied. If you’re inquiring about booking a same day appointment or if you don’t see any timeslots for a day of your choice please reach out via text, Instagram or Facebook to see if I can get you in🙂 APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL👋 If you happen to arrive earlier than your scheduled appointment time, text me to let me know you have arrived. Please remain in your car until I have given you the okay to come in. As space is limited, please refrain from bringing extra guests unless they are receiving a service as well or you have reached out and we have discussed the situation. LATE POLICY⏰ There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes there will be a late fee charge of $10. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the service/s booked. Failure to pay will prohibit future bookings.
